This allows you to get an idea of whether you're interested in jumping to the song, and if you own it or buy it, you can synch it up to the video and see the whole performance with audio. You can also hear 30 seconds of the song for free at much higher quality at iTunes. I hope to provide direct links to individual songs on iTunes or other download sites.

It's for a good cause, the audio quality is poor, and I'm not selling anything or asking for money. If you can help me with this, please let me know. Also, if you're a band who wants to get exposure and you like what I'm doing, and I like what you're doing I'd like to perform your songs. I'd also like to get artists to come out in support of my ideas. It seems like a win-win to me. Well, mostly for me, of course. I'd love to perform at concerts to promote Energy Focused Exercise. ROCK AND ROLL!!!!!!!!!! WHOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!

Full-length performances with full audio are indicated by the time being displayed in the "WMV" column instead of Watch. The partial performances are also full audio and between 30 seconds and a minute long and contain segments of the song that best highlight JumpRock. You can see what I'm doing more clearly and my physical condition, for better or worse. I'm happy with the results in muscle tone and growth, but annoyed that I take advantage of it to eat more than I should. I'm well aware the fat will be more apparent, but I hope it helps make it more real-world; it's not about how I look, it's about the fitness I can demonstrate in spite of the flab. I'd filter out the shirtless videos, but unless I get too many complaints, it's a good incentive to lose the remaining flab - which will hopefully serve as incentive to everyone out in internet land. I have to go shirtless at some point, particularly on windless days or I'd have to drastically shorten the sessions.

Currently the only example of a song title is 'Locomotion' off the 'Carole King - In Concert' Album. I hope to add others as I encounter them, but it's not a high priority. Note that you could bring up the concert video in one window and the JumpRock performance in another and see the whole performance with a soundtrack.

More exciting for me is the addition of links to artists' pages; exciting because the addition is prompted by my first sponsoring artists. Roland Perez, the force behind Liquid Zen,  Seventy Three,  and Mosaico, has graciously permitted me to use the full acoustic track from all their recordings. In the near future I plan to add links to most artists, not just sponsors, and to add a separate sponsors' page entirely.

I've almost been paralyzed the last couple of weeks because I've got so many backlogged videos and other things I want to add I dither and don't finish much of anything. I don't know the strategy yet, but one thing I do want to do soon is focus on my sponsors' music.
