Jump Rope Checklist from Buddy Lee Jump Ropes
- Read Rope card instructions carefully for proper sizing of rope for your height.
- Brass eyelet can become loosened in warm temperatures and through normal
use; be sure that outer (crimped) brass eyelet is secure before each jump rope session.
- If necessary, secure by crimping more tightly with pliers. If lost, eyelets can be
replaced by contacting Buddy Lee Jump Ropes
- Wipe perspiration off brass eyelets after each session to avoid corrosion. If possible wear wrist bands.
- Store at room temperature to maximize cord life.
- Jump on smooth surface such as wood, rubberized mat, carpet
or artificial turf.
- Avoid tangling; don't wrap cord around handles.
