If you're in the Southern California area, I'm available for free JumpRock and HoopRock demonstrations and motivational talks,
particularly for charities and schools. If you're not nearby, you can request free DVDs. I'm open to any legal and ethical
endeavors that will raise the profile of JumpRock, Quest For Endorphins, and Energy Focused Exercise principles.
One goal I have is to make presentations at
companies and other institutions where the employees are participating in some sort of wellness program. These exercises and
this approach in a group environment seem ideal to me.
