WMV files should still work.  As of April 11 one of the Photobucket accounts will expire. Haven't had time to track down the videos that will die. Will fix when they become self-evident
Why Jump Rock?
  • Beginning sessions usually have to be short, minimizing drudgery.
  • If you want, you can make your learning session your entire workout for the day.
  • If you make an honest effort and practice every day, you'll eventually learn to jump.
  • The music increasingly provides energy as you get better at staying with the beat.
  • Stamina builds rapidly after the initial learning period.
  • JumpRock, combined with Heavy Hula Hands, provides a full body workout.
  • It's creative, people who start much younger than I could probably make it an art form.
  • You can get a good workout in 20-30 minutes or keep going until you're toast.
  • You can push hard enough to become toast in 10 minutes, if that's what you want.
  • Recovery time decreases amazingly.
  • It's easy to push close to the limit for awhile, then back off and rest for awhile.
  • If you have enough music, it always seems you've improved between times a particular song comes around.
  • If you've always wanted to dance, here's your chance to dance by yourself without being self-concious.
  • Music that you haven't really listened to in years sounds fresh again; you start liking some songs you didn't care for before because they seem to sound different when you discover they're fun to jump to; you discover songs from genres you never considered before.
  • For long periods, there's no apparent effort or fatigue, sometimes no up and down; there's only moving to the music.
