columns for yourself. Enough said. Regarding this column, it's all right there. Still another reason to stay fit as long
as you can. On top of all the other ailments you risk by being overweight and out of shape going into old age, you lose
the blessings of healthy sleep because of those very ailments. I'll say it again, start learning to
jump rope
or
hula hoop.
Keep the sessions short but practice every day.
Do not make it drudgery for yourself but keep it up. Once you learn,
start
dancing and if you enjoy it as much as I do, you won't have to worry about weight or fitness again - Well, if you
can eat like I can, you may have to
watch the eating a bit.
