Not only is it fun, but the endorphins and music are literally euphoric in
combination. What you can't see is how much energy I gain and how easy it was
to learn. Because of my fun-loving (i.e. lazy) nature, and because I did find
it easy to learn and because I never would have imagined I could do what you
see me doing, I'm convinced most people can do the same even though they may be
convinced they can't. If I didn't believe I could do this, and I ended up doing

Lucky for me - that's one of those decisions that change your whole life,
though it seems so arbitrary at the time. Interestingly, I wasn't trying to
establish a life-long habit; I thought after computer school I would be content
to come home and slump down to watch TV all evening just like before. But once
I became aware how much better everything is if you flush the brain-fog first I
had no desire to go back to that - just the opposite. Now I have a name for
satisfying that desire to have more energy day after day - Energy Focused
Exercise.
